Lashluster is a luxury lash extension and lift studio in Perth, Western Australia. When we first reviewed their Instagram, the feed was a wall of close-up lash photos — technically impressive but visually overwhelming, with no brand identity, no personality and no reason for a new visitor to choose them over the dozens of other lash studios in the area.
We built a complete brand visual system around a soft beige editorial aesthetic — warm, minimal and deliberately desirable. The bio was repositioned to lead with their luxury positioning. Content pillars were introduced: service menus, studio lifestyle imagery, lash education, client results and booking prompts. A branded QR booking card was designed as a permanent grid post — making the path from profile to appointment seamless.
Within six weeks, Lashluster's reach increased by 214%, saves per post increased by 68%, and the studio recorded 31 additional new bookings per month attributable to Instagram — without running a single paid ad.
